Russian Visa information

For visit Russia most foreign citizens must have valid Russian visa.

Travelers who are nationals of the following nations are not required to obtain a visa prior to visit Russia for non-commercial purposes, as long as the length of their trip is within the visa waiver limit listed below *:

90 days:  Abkhazia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Estonia (holders of an alien passport), Latvia (holders of a non-citizen passport)

Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Fiji, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Israel, Jamaica, Maldives, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, South Africa, Suriname, United Arab Emirates, Uruguay, Vanuatu, Venezuela

60 days: Mauritius, Samoa, South Korea

30 days: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Botswana, Laos, Macao, Mongolia, Montenegro, Palau, Serbia, Seychelles, Thailand, North Macedonia (for holders a letter of guarantee/invitation and a tourist voucher)

14 days: Brunei, Hong Kong, Nauru

Other nationals must obtain visa. The documents required are as follows:

-          Passport valid not less than for 6 months after the visa expires

-          Visa application form  The form should be filled in, printed out and signed

-          2 photos of 3,5 x 4,5 cm in size

-          Visa fee

-          Visa support letter (letter of invitation) and tourist voucher

-          Medical insurance

Hotel booking can not be considered as a ground for visa issue, but may be required in some cases.

Visa support documents are provided by your incoming tour operator. Company offers free visa support when booking the tour with us.

Good news is that UEFA Euro 2020 holders of tickets for matches of the championship in Saint Petersburg will be able to enter Russia without a visa. Also, starting from 1 October 2019 the Russian e-visa was put into effect on the territory of Saint Petersburg and the Leningrad region
